Professor Laura Prota, as AUR representative, was elected as Coordinator of the thematic working group on听Food Waste and Losses.听

Part-time Food Studies faculty and partners of the Master in Food Studies are also engaged:听

Our partner farm Cooperativa Coraggio participates in听the Working Group on听Local Production and Agroecology.听听
