Ms. Forte will discuss how, in the complex and competitive airline business, marketing communications have had to adapt to always new scenarios. Talking about her experience at Alitalia, she will present the genesis and the positioning of the 鈥淢ade of Italy鈥 campaign and how it has evolved into the recently launched 鈥淐iao鈥 advertising campaign.

Francesca Forte is responsible for International Marketing Communications at Alitalia. She manages multimedia advertising campaigns all over the world, from communicating the launch of new routes to tactical campaigns promoting special sale fares. Ms. Forte oversees all steps of the process from working with agencies to develop the initial creative concept to the production and deployment of the final materials. She is also the Alitalia representative in the Advertising and Brand working group of the SkyTeam Alliance. Ms. Forte has developed a strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry thanks to her many years in the airline business as well as her international work experience.

Ms. Forte graduated from La Sapienza University in Rome with a Degree in Business Economics, continued her education by earning a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Marketing at Pace University in New York and has followed additional Marketing courses at LUISS University in Rome.

Ms. Forte has previously appeared at AUR to discuss the marketing efforts of Alitalia.
