David will discuss the difference between big and small businesses adopting AI and how this time around it’s the big corporations that have the most leverage as opposed to the industry disruptors in the past.


David WillsonÌýis a globally recognized business and technology consultant with more than 25 years of experience across industries, having worked in over 50 countries. Specializing in digital transformation, AI strategy, and business integration, David helps companies navigate complex technological landscapes. Recently, he has worked under NDA with one of the global top three AI firms to explore the role of AI in the legal industry. After serving on the guiding committee for the first AI trial project by an Australian government department, he has been asked by an Australian Shadow Minister to draft an AI policy proposal for national consideration, which he is currently working on.

David’s consulting work has spanned professional services, finance, and emerging technologies, helping organizations future-proof their operations. He also spent six years as the Executive Director of one of the world’s largest private art collections and he is now working on a personal project that visually examines the intersection of AI and the future of humanity. His expertise in both the creative and technical fields offers a unique perspective on how AI will influence business and society.

In addition to his consulting and executive roles, David is passionate about the practical, real-world applications of AI. He believes that AI will radically transform all aspects of our work, economies and societies. His work focuses on ensuring that organizations not only adopt new technologies but also align them with long-term business objectives, achieving measurable results.
